I've never known a manager like it at this club. It's undignified and its not Everton class. No doubt some will admire it, why I have no idea.

Worked wonders at Chelsea with Mourinho publically slagging players off. Could never see Howard Kendall doing it or needing to do it and he's my yardstick.

I could be reading SCCT rules wrong but I'd guess those contract extensions are more to do with that than anything. Its like an insurance premium.
