David Moyes' best signing

Let's be honest the only reason we're the only club outside of the 'super six' not to be relegated from the prem is David Moyes. He's built the modern Everton on the back of some brilliant buys whilst the board did jack all. To still have 3/4 of the back 4 made up of your signings after 4 seasons out of the club is ridiculous.

Especially when you consider what was paid for them.

Carsley was a great signing, did an immense amount of work in the midfield which seem to go unnoticed most of the time, he had a great worth ethic and never seemed to have a bad game, would love to see him back here in a coaching capacity.

and to think that Beckford spearheaded our attack and Moyes still kept us competitive is amazing

Shame he turned into a bell when he left otherwise he would go down as our best manager never to win a trophy
