Btw I just saw his interview on evertontv and he sounds like he's on some serious bevvy. I actually wonder how he organises his back 4 with that voice. I mean just think about it, a Spaniard who speaks poor English and sounds like he's drunk organises his defense better than Howard.

And as I said the other day, I personally think thats part of the reason for the "Spanish" (Whats the word for people that speak Spanish/Portugese?) speaking players like Oviedo and Mori retaining a place, that and the fact that they are playing well.

...think 'Latin' is the generic term, No?

He speaks really quickly too, they actually had to put subtitles on that Everton TV interview. He's harder to understand than Del who speaks in Spanish half the time lol

to be fair that interview he is a bit hard to understand, but i can hear him shouting in english from the main stand sometimes and he's pretty clear and vocal.

No mate i think he's just a good keeper.
Good positional keepers make their own luck, Timmy positioning has been abysmal for the last 18 months - Tim has been saving with his legs far to much the sign of an ageing keeper, He has been hesitant stuck on his line poor on crosses - his distribution has been poor

Robles breeds confidence in our defence!

This is true.

Also note how much quicker he reacts to situations, he's done it five times in the last few matches where the mistakes like jags vs chelsea just dont happen with him in.

He runs out, the striker flaps it because joel is massive, and he hits the ball into row z.

Makes a difference.

Also noticed our defenders are not scared to pass the ball back to him - he is not stuck on his line like glue like Timmy its just the basics Tim has never had imo!
