You say opinionated but when people started leaving the forum etc because of his posts then you need to start taking it seriously.

It's usually a very friendly forum but when he's around it suddenly turns angry.

It's only a 10 day ban, he can cool down and come back and not post like an idiot.

I hope he comes back, i was quite dissapointed he didn't give his opinion/fact on Jagielkas lack of skill this time round

A little harsh with the banning hammer there, ok H.B. is contraversial to the point that he posts not to make a point but disagree with everyone, but we are all big and bold enough to deal with that!

Cal you called him an idoit in another thread when you wernt provoked thats not on mate! I apoligise if some of that thread was removed but from whats there, i think thats wrong.

I know he sailed close to the wind at times (last friday), and his posts could sometimes be contriversial but he represents a differing varying opinion (granted a disagreeable one) but it sets up a debate.

I agreed with his first banning for personal abuse of another memebr, but this time its harsh, just trying to be fair like! Its a little to easy banning as i know almost everyone doesnt like him!

Well if you read his quote, he was basically saying the admin team werent Everton fans because they either didnt live local or go the match.

I'll take full responsibility for his banning as i did it so if Danny or Dylan want to unban him then they can feel free but i thought he deserved a banning.

TBH i agree with most of that. We all know he's a bit of a dope. An was fairly banned 1st time round. But i thought his coment was a bit tounge an cheek. Cal you should have given him a warning first. You cant ban him just for having a little pop at you (well supose you can an did). We disagree on somethings ie fernandes, hope i dont get a ban for that.

Saying that, he does just seem to rub people up the wrong way. An i like the way this forum is. He needs to get a grip now. He knows what he's doing. So its his own fault.

But anway, he makes his bed he can lie in it.

Im not having a go mate, i just feel what you called him in the other thread was as much in breach of the rules as anything, if i missed a context or part of the thread i apoligise.

I am not a local and as such dont go to as many matches as i would love but i didnt take offence or i didnt feel he was calling non-locals not Everton fans, i pretty much watch all the game live anyway. So his point was wrong and presumptious but for me not offensive.

I know he can be obnoxious, disagreeable and lack the ability to say fair enough lets agree to disagree and i am certainly not trying to tell the admins or the mods how to police the forum, but hes not the only one in breach of the rules here, which isnt equitable.

I know in mitigation you could argue its a culmination of a series of events, and warnigns have probably been given, but you shouldnt have called him an idiot it was calling him out for having a go, when he doesnt need the provacation. In fairness he has walked away from a few fights since his return.

Not that i would be heartbroken not to read his posts, as i say i think he disagreed for the sake of it, but some of his points were thought provokeing and offered a different slant, as i say some.

Its sad that we have lost some valuable members like suits through a banning and i think as a stand alone incident in this case it wasnt a ban.

Well tbh i was gutted that he was back. His post about people not going to the game is pretty disgusting. To take a mod/admin to task for that is out of order. Whether or not anyone is local or goes to the game is completely irrelevant to their ability to be an admin on this board, or whether they can/should ban him. A complete neutral, someone who doesn't even know what football is, is just as qualified to mod this board as you or me. He has been pushing it since he came back, and i think a temp ban is justified, as long as he knows that is the case. I don't like the guy, tbh i hate reading his posts (don't start with the ignore feature), but if he could change the way he puts his point across then i would happily accept him and his opinions. Even if i think they're stupid!

I agree, but he doesn't do himself any favours when he openly criticises the administration of the forum.

I am fine with it, I don't really care for him, and on his day insults everyone. Add in the fact he has been banned several times before.

I am not going int the actual banning the admin set a standard and its their job to maintain it,we all have our own opinions and likes and dislikes but what has shocked me is people leaving because of another postereven on Kipper and Toffeeweb which are cut throat at times I would never dream of leaving although I must admit it is a lot more pleasant on here
