2025/26 Tyler Dibling

I think all these players come into the team next year mate - I think next season is going to be the huge transition.

If we had Europe then we could expect some of the young players to be offered opportunities next season.

Instead we have a manager who calls for Dibling to "show more" and then doesnt give him a chance to.

Now we have the same manager spouting the same thing and alluding to him what?

Throwing Dibling in against City with no first team minutes for ages? Then dropping him again.

Not using Dibling and just using this opportunity to look like a crap motivator again?

Not sure which players you expect to come into the team?

Alcaraz dropped after a goal, assist or motm

Armstrong we were told would be only brought back if he was going to play every game

Aznou who showed moyes up

Iroegbunam who should have been given more minutes after AFCON

Dibling who has been thrown in and dropped at random

Or Rohl who looks like football is knew to him and Moyes commented that he'll fall over a lot.

Who do these players replace in a Moyes team?

You do get the feeling a Fulham, Bmouth, Coventry, Soton, will be his future from the comments. He will make an impact somewhere, at this age it may take a year but lets not forget his first 6 months in the PL were pretty good but he then just stopped taking ppl on.

I expect the squad transition next season many expected this season mate, Aldo expect us to regress to 10-14th.

Just my opinion.

That's a very long way of saying he's been mismanaged and we shouldn't have signed him. If he'd gone to Bournemouth he'd have been much happier, he'd have played every week and he'd be looking forward to European football next season.

I don't think it's necessarily mismanagement

It's just Moyes way

I personally find it very tiring and uninspiring considering how many seasons of him we have had already

Taking a kid who's just played 30 Premier League games in a season and signed for you for ÂŁ40 million quid, barely playing him and then making public comments about how he needs to work harder isn't mismanagement? Either we need to accept we can only sign players with high work ethics and thick skin or we need a new manager who can manage different types of person.

He wouldn't have played every week at Bournemouth.

If the lad doesn't like it up north, thats on him.

End of the day, he got away with a lot under an absolute fraud manager in Russell Martin, didn't play much under Juric, and has moved to a big boy team expecting more from him.

The games he started he absolutely stunk the place out - lost the ball, scared of his own shadow, tactically lacking. Never earned the right to start matches - and we've a bench full of other lads that have done more who still don't get game time.

Bournemouth, unlike Everton, use all of their subs every week and have a squad full of players ready to come into a game. They also trust in their players and forgive them mistakes because a lot of them are young. It's paying great dividends and they have a much better squad than our supposed "big boy team".
