We back to "moyes out" then are we?

Ffs, i think todays loss is on moyes but apart from McNeil and gana what else could he of changed.

The squad isnt good enough, simple as.

Where challenging for Europe with two crap strikers, no PL level fullbacks, our cb pairing throughout most of the season has a combined age of nearly 70 and zero pace in the whole team.

Our best, cb has missed nearly all of the season, our best winger has missed half the season and apparently our younger signings aren't ready yet.

Next season if we get what we need in the transfer window we'll easily be challening for Europe and hopefully a cup.

But can we just remember where weve come from in the last 18 months? This is a project we juat need to see where we are next year imo

The push for Europe has been nobbled by his own refusal to play players he he was offered and accepted.

If we have Dibling, Rohl, Alcaraz, Aznou and the recalled Armstrong handed first team game time then we'd be in a much stronger position to sustain a European challenge.

As it is the wheels are falling off because he's picking players he wants based on controlling the dressing room.

We can’t spend huge amounts of money, we should be able to spend 100mil be every summer, that’s why youth you have to buy a few young players and build something. Which isn’t Moyes so he should rightly be shown tge door in the summer.

Brentford haven’t spent fortunes and lost their best 2 players, Bournemouth lost 4 and Iraola is playing 2 19yr olds on a regular basis. Brighton also haven’t spent huge amounts and could also be in Europe

Brighton dropped £250m in one transfer window last season, iriola has spent £400m+ at Bournemouth and brentford have spent near enough 300m in the last 3 years.

A decent striker costs 70m now. What Everton consider buge amounts of money and what the PL considers a huge amount of money to spend in a season are two very different things.

Can't believe you've thrown Moyes under the bus.

What a traitor

First one is below us in the league table.
Second one is above us by 2 points.
3rd one was sacked.
4th one has done nothing since he left Spurs.

If any of those managers wanted to come to us, I would be amazed if they improved us.
Context is great too, first one has his team in Europa conference semi final and also lost his two best players at the last moment before each window
Second one had his entire back line replaced and lost his best player in Jan
3rd was sacked because todd boehly is an inept owner and the club wanted more control over team selections at the expense of maresca so they basically left on mutual grounds
4 he revived a crap Chelsea under potter and get Europe nothing spectacular still rather have him than dour Moyes. We're supposedly on the cusp of European football instead trying to implement new tactics or rotate players to get more fresh legs he keeps regurgitating the same players and risk averse tactics. Also back to iraola he incorporates youth and I'm not talking about playing a 19 year central midfielder on the wing a couple times because the squad is thin

Yes we f’uking are mate!

You happy to finish 13th ever season!! Hes a 63 year old manager…he isn’t going to change his style now! We know what we get with him.

Will we be relegated no…will we win anything No!!

So mid table for ever!! JOY!!!!!!!

He won something with west ham who were worse then us when he took them over.

Same west ham that got rid of him and have been battling relegation ever since.

Pretty much the same thing we've been doing since he left bar 2-3 seasons

It’s maddening how people see this squad isnt it. Our bench is crap. All these players we can bring on and turn a game, just like that, must be at another club. There’s some confusion somewhere.

It’s all about the summer transfer window. Have to get that right this time.

Isn’t that what we needed this year and even next? Realistically do you think it’s wise to roll the dice on someone else when our foundations have barely started to mend?

I don’t trust the new owners. They have done nothing to gain my trust. Just more yanks ruining our game. And our CEO is the ultimate middle manager blagger.

I hear people want Ireola or Glasner or whoever. I don’t see it here. I see trouble as nothing is in place to support such appointments (doubt they would come anyway) We are still scatter gun Everton in the transfer market.
No mate moyes is not what's needed this or next year, we need a new younger manager with up to date ideas, not someone salivating over thomas soucek.

Incredible that not even a full season into the new stadium and new ownership the buzz for them is dead.

The reboot that never was. The owners are taking the piss on ticket prices and the stadium is a liability for us.

We feel stale already, and that's astonishing.

He'll never change. It doesn't matter where we are in the table, what our form is, who we are playing against, what we are playing for, etc. He'll never change the fact he is a massive "defensive first" manager.

It doesn't matter if a team shits the proverbial bed multiple games in a row, he won't change anything. Honestly, just get us to the end of the season. He might have overperformed but he's just so so boring.
Said this before the match. He is as predictable as the sun coming up tomorrow or Trump shitting himself during a speech.

Probably Moyes has he as managed us for the majority of that time.

If only he managed a team who had just won the league, we would be able to see if he could manage a winning team.

If only we'd had 12 years without him to see all the magnificent heights we could have achieved.
