My only reservation towards Glasner is that he is incredibly streaky both positively and negatively which is on display now , but when he first accepted the job he struggled for a bit before getting palace in the rhythm of winning games, do Everton fans have the patience to withstand those slumps in form?

I think Glasner will do great somewhere if he’s backed with a quality squad, I think he’s a very good manager.

I think Moyes has been given this season to build, keeps it steady and be better than last few years but next season he’ll be gone if we don’t have a big summer strengthening and then get Europe and someone like Glasner is probably the most likely kind of manager.

Is a great point. He walked into a decent squad at palace and def made them better. The likes of munoz eze wharton sarr guehi mateta, think he only had olise for a few months, were all there ready for him. He didnt buy them.
He wont be walking into that at Everton. We clearly need to start somewhere though as Moyes is not the long term answer.
For all those spitting the dummy out over Moyes i'd like to just point out i think Glasner still has a better squad currently than Moyes and is sitting below him in the table.

His first season at palace he didn’t win in the league for the first 12 games? Was it? Oh that’s really going to sit well with people who here who want Moyes out for having a dip in form when missing half our starting eleven/squad.

We moan about Mcneil and Dibling, yet get on their back from the minute they have miscontrol the ball once. Its no wonder they cant get any confidence and perform badly at home.
