Moyes or Glasner?

I’d point to the away record as being much improved under Moyes.

I’d take Glasner but I don’t think he would change that much in my opinion. We still need more players. Can’t polish a turd
Yes he has done well away. But away forum is always up and down, unless you’re one of the top 2/3 teams in the league, home forum is where you
Build proper success.

I'd rather have Glasner just for a change, as I think there'd be more chance of success with him but he seems to get itchy feet and takes it out on those above him when things aren't going well.

Think he’d have more finances at everton, yes we will probably still sell players, but we’d most likely spend that money and more.

Everton's owners will have seen that interview with Glasner last night and scratched his name off any list they had assembled for Moyes' successor.

I'd go for Iraola myself: seems like he can work under pressure too. £120M negative net spend this season and they're safe enough and will leapfrog Everton if we lose today by a couple of goals and they win tomorrow.

He's pragmatic on comings and goings, but that's because he has a system he places ultimate faith in.

Fair enough, he hasn’t demonstrated that flexibility at Palace and seems to be unable to arrest the slide they’re currently on. I’m sceptical about whether our fans would allow him the patience to embed a system.
He doesn't care anymore and neither do the players.

Glasner has a higher ceiling than Moyes. I'd be excited about a couple seasons under him. But now that he's had the exact same public crash out at both of his last clubs it does bring him down in the estimation a bit.

His sides are very limited when they're expected to have a good bit of the ball and he doesn't rotate enough. But he can coach the hell out of his specific style of play - I'm not sure Moyes even knows what his style of play is any more

I do like Glasner as a coach and would have him over Moyes all day... but am I the only one who's estimations hes gone down in a bit over the Guehi stuff? it's becoming more and more evident that hes been phoning it in for most of the season cos he's had a cob on over it for ages. Eze too.
