New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Forcing digital tickets.
Forcing paid membership per ticket.
Silly kickoff times particularly for travel.

Results in this.

It's mad, if I understand it correctly. I'd have to have a membership for all for of my family (me, wife, two boys) before I even start looking to buy tickets. Wife's talking about coming over near Easter to see the family, and it looks like Everton aren't an option, unless I want to spend about £500.

I understand they are trying to combat resellers etc, but this is a mess. I still haven’t been able to attend a game and that’s down to me but it’s made more difficult cos of the above.

Its shortsighted.

We risk losing fans from it.

I think its just greed.

In your cases would it be easier to use seat unique ? I know they’re dearer on the face of it but probably value in this case

Just for reference, this is a relegation battle but a freezing cold midweek game for both of them,

Look at the empty seats here at a “modern stadium”

I think that’s an issue for us tomorrow, too.

It's worked for them in the first season at the new stadium, but the novelty is going to wear off over the coming years. I paid £100 to go to the Arsenal game last month, but I won't be rushing back next time I'm home.

Indeed. Someone else said earlier that Spurs have reverted their paid membership requirement.

I expect Everton will need to do the same in years to come. I hope so anyway.

Novelty will go, and there's more an more fans discouraged by travel infrastructure.
