I wouldn't give him the space in my head, this is a Forest thread and had nothing to do with him before he somehow managed to get himself in the door. It was more of a humour thread for me watching things play out with their shocking owner. But a club that sings poverty chants and a manager that does nothing much more then "Speak".

They are deserved of each other.

How on earth in your mind are the two issues related?

Utterly bizarre.

The obsession with this manager is off the charts.

He's living in so many people's heads because they've convinced themselves he was the enemy of Everton Football Club...when in reality he saved our arses twice in three seasons from oblivion.

I can only think that these same people punch their parents in the face every time they see them.

It's that whacked.
It's football... This is pretty normal behaviour. I laughed at all of moyes' failures after he left the club the first time round.

Dyche kept us up, but then had us in the mire, made repeated bizarre and antagonising comments, asked the club to sack him then fought for severence. He deserves the negativity from fans just like Moyes did when he went to united. The only difference is Moyes is now back here and doing ok, so gets our support.

In a season when they came for us with a 12 point deduction this man got us over the finishing line with 14 points to spare over the third bottom team.

No need for any fuss or excited deliberations over who or what he is and where he is now, just tip your hat and say 'thanks Sean...thanks very much'.

Quite rightly you did too: he shat on this club and its fans after he left here...and before too.

You cant compare a man with morals like Moyes to Dyche.

I think Leicester would have got more if another team was still in the mix. But yeah, Dyche had only got 17 points up to then. So it’s not a massive stretch considering we had only won 1 game in the previous 11

It’s gone from a good chance to not a massive stretch now. A good chance we wouldn’t have got 9 more points? Come on.

Everyone knew Dyche was going either once the ownership change happened or at the end of the season. The context of that vs a new (and better) manager coming in with new owners couldn’t be more different in terms of player motivation. In the exact same way a team utterly wayward under Lampard beat Arsenal who were flying at the top of the league under Dyche in his first game and then added almost 50% more points the next season. The context of the environment players and managers operate in just seems to get completely forgotten about when discussing results .
