ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

You can imagine all these veteran legal associations busying themselves in the background. There's paratroopers who got away with murdering people in N.I.
You don't half post some turgid chite at times.

Isn't that what happened in Derry?
That's exactly what happened ...

Still don’t understand what the idiot was doing, deserves everything he gets and more.

What’s wrong with just pulling over and waiting a little bit ffs, especially after he tailgated the cop car. You realise you’ve ballsed up so wait it out.

A disgusting disgrace of a creature, who is ridiculously lucky that he’s not serving multiple life sentences for mass murder.

By the shouts of the crowd around his car, he is lucky not to have been strung up from the nearest lamppost.

Hope he rots in prison, disgusting actions.

I haven't even read the details of the case because its about that lot, but has it been established he was on drugs?

BBC News.

When interviewed by police, Doyle said he had seen someone with a knife and had driven in panic for fear he would be attacked.

But police found no evidence from CCTV footage or witnesses that anyone in the area had a knife.

No defects were found with the car and Doyle was not under the influence of drink or drugs.

A whole day's worth of news coverage handed over to this spanner.

Doesn't happen with any other club than Liverpool. Guaranteed.
I usually find your nonsense whimsical, Dave, but that idiotic bile needs knocking on the head. The attempted slaughter of innocent civilians en masse is big news, irrespective of which, if any footy team is involved.

I have no issues with the sentence of 21 1/2 years especially given the amount of victims involved however a part of me can’t help but feel angry at the fact that my friend got killed by a drunk driver was who 3 times over the limit and was on ketamine, had no driving licence, no car insurance, had previous convictions for drink driving and speeding and the judge called it the worst case of dangerous driving that he had ever seen and that person only got 9 years in jail. In my opinion he should have got a much harsher sentence.

Sorry to hear that, mate. Must have been horrific, and defo feels like a lenient sentence.

As you say, sheer number of victims must have swayed the sentencing in this case.

Sorry about your friend. Drunk driving should have stiff penalties. Their is no excuse for it.
