ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

he wont though
21.5 years , 2/3 before he’s eligible for release. Doyle has taken a well deserved hammering .

i except he’d have had a , to say the least, stressful day when he got nicked but crazy how rough he looks in his custody picture . Seems from looking at the available facts he’s historically had anger issues then more recently fell of a cliff .

Reading between the lines Shocked that a post that denies facts to rant gibberish has got another one impressively wrong .
I know how the system woks mate, my response was to Dave's assertion that this wipe stain will be out on the quiet in 5 years. He won't be.
I dont know whether Doyle will be eligible for the 40% served scheme that labour brought in recently so ignoring that, he will certainly do 50% to 66% in gaol, then the remainder on licence. Not sure this cockwomble will be able to see his nose clean for those licensable years having been in clink for 10-12 years. He'll come out an even angrier man and will spend the rest of his life bouncing between institutions. Sadly other people will get hurt in the process.

How many of the 21 years do you expect him to serve?
I dontknow what the current provisions are Dave, I am not sure if he comes into scope of the '40% served' that labour brought in but that is a minimum of 8 and a bit. Going for a more traditional 50% to 66% gives a term of 10 to 12 years inside before release on licence. Any breach of that licence will see a return. He aint coming out in a rush. Certainly not around 5 years

Sorry mate. I have the other fella on ignore so Kind of going off what bits I could see . Certainly wasn’t trying to lecture you.

I don’t know if he will be eligible depending on when it was introduced and his offending .

Given his historical offending , what we can glean about his personality and the severity of the crime then like you I think he’ll so well to qualify as soon as he’s eligible .

I can see an appeal based on PTSD etc (probably the defence advised him to keep his powder dry on that). Reduction and then good behaviour (if that's possible for him). You can imagine all these veteran legal associations busying themselves in the background. There's paratroopers who got away with murdering people in N.I. - not the same circumstances like but you can easily believe they'll be waiting to dive in on this once the dust has settled.

Suits me if he's in for the full term like, the feller's a scumbag.
