"There's a few I've known from the past couple of seasons, a few new signings. It's different when you're watching a game analytically to actually working with players.
"Some players are better than you thought, often, and the other way round. It can be that way when you're working up close and personal.

The better players he has, the worst he’ll manage as he has no idea how to manage talented players.
Forest fans seem to think with the league being more direct that makes dyche a great choice .
I think the opposite. Instead of having a differential way of playing that countered a lot of possession football, he’s coming into a league where a lot of teams are now playing a direct style but doing it a lot better.
They’ll be an initial uplift but it will all fall apart quickly.
People forget he went on the longest winless run in our history and they only reason he wasn’t sacked is because there was nobody to sack him.
