Sack Dyche?

Should the club sack Dyche?

Who is the replacement? Is he in place to start the second Dyche gets the sack?

I'm not against a replacement but the new guy needs to be ready to go and able to instill confidence into the players and have a way of getting points from the off. Given the clowns in charge at Everton, I doubt that this is the case so I'll be backing Dyche and the team until he goes which I am hoping will be at the end of the season after keeping us up.
We have only got to look at the level of candidates we have had to choose from the last 2 or 3 times we have changed manager ,no one changes this situation till the club has changed hands and people with a proven track record at running a football club are installed and out of the hands of the current owner chairman and dodgy payday loan sharks

The thing is those saying don’t sack Dyche for 0 points, 0 goals in the first 3, were likely giving Lampard pelters for 1 point, 2 goals in the same period last season, ironically the 4th game for both was/is a potential League Cup banana skin, Lampard won his, can Dyche?

I'll judge him when there's either a Beto / DCL playing upfront and maybe even a McNeil / Harrison that comes back.

Yes all clubs have injuries but when you're squad is paper thin and your board are deliberately hamstringing you, there's not a lot you can do.

He's made some errors in terms of squad selections but rectified that with yesterday's team sheet.

As long as he keeps picking Branthwaite over Keane, pushing Maupay to to 3rd choice and bringing in the new lads - I'm prepared to give him more time and call off the witch hunt.

To early to sack him.
I had a right mood on after the match the space on the sides was doing my head in.
But when I calmed down and thought about it , he had done everything he could with the players at his disposal.
Dropped Keane and Maupay which we were all calling for.
Gave a few a chance and threw everything at it to try and get them to get a goal back.
Not much else he can do till we get players in and get the injuries coming back , McNeil, Harrison, DLC , Coleman, Iwobi all make a difference if even off the bench.
Hopefully get this Beto fella and a right winger, ideally a couple more on loan.
Anybody know what's happening with Gomes?

If you sack Dyche you have to have someone in line ready to replace him straight away.
Potter is available but I don't think would be able / have long enough to work with this group of player and make the fundamental change that he would want to .
Who else does that leave ?
Jesse Marsch - failure
Nathan Jones - comedy figure
Hassenhutl - possible I suppose
Galtier - now he would be interesting.

Apologies if with my lack of up to date Euro football knowledge any of the above are in work.

Don't disagree with any of that unfortunately. We've been run into the ground by the bozos in charge.

Allerdyce back in the day brought stability but not in 2023. Allerdyce also won games.

Where are the pardews in 2023? All got sacked because they were crap. Hodgson? Only one i can think of.

Point is its 2023 and managers like dyche dont work anymore. The longer the club takes to realise this the worse off were going to be for it.
I’m talking through their career not 2033 obviously

i was more fumin with him last week even though we got beat today too , if we get a striker in and we are beat next week hard to see him carrying on as although i don’t think the team is much good i don’t think it’s as bad as some people make out and has enough to stay up

Jesus !!
I hadn’t realised there was such a crippling worldwide manager shortage!!!!
Only four available managers on the globe ?
Is this because of global warming ?
Or the war in Ukraine ?
Or a combination of both ?
