Even just sacking Lampard after the Brighton game would’ve made a difference, giving him the Southampton and West Ham games was just criminal negligence. He was just waiting for the sack and had given up, as had the players.

Feels like every little mistake ends up punished against us. Johnsons second at Forest going bins, Felix last night off the post. Even pulisic whipped the offside one top corner.

Probably because the club already leaked he was getting sacked if he lost *the game before* Which he did.

The sooner we get to the boring haven of safety the better. This excitement I can do without.

We're criminally inept in front of goal and have been for a while.

Incompetence. Criminal negligence is over selling it a tad even for our Board.

Perhaps Brighton will have an FA cup Semi to think about. Wolves could be safe by the time we face them and maybe Bournemouth are already condemned. To early to think that far ahead

I agree with this …..whilst the protests were and continue to be valid, I think in the glare of the spotlight focussing on the Boards incompetence and the narrative about the number of managers sacked, the Board froze and failed to make the decision that should have been made at the time it should have been made

You’re I feel like you’re both right , our mistakes always seem to be punished but our failure to do so is probably why we’re in trouble .

It certainly is!

I'm not going to start considering run insurance until 6 games to go. Hopefully by then we'll have opened a small cushion with the bottom 3 so it's not too consuming of time and effort.

How many times have we collectively groaned and said "how'd he miss that?" this season and last? Save for a few games and players any chance that falls to most will be somehow botched.

See if Simms' shot last night was saved - ZERO guarantee the tap in will be converted, and I'm being serious about that, sadly.
