Doubtful so a goal should have stood. But such decisions go for the big clubs because of the potential row if a big club is denied a goal.

Gave it to Michael Keane, thought he was outstanding against Toney. Could have easily gave it to Coleman, Tarkowski or McNeill though. Great first half and showed a lot of battle in the second. Up the toffees!

Did seem a harsh decision. I only saw it twice from what I was watching but both times I thought it did look like it brushed his hand after coming off the shoulder, complete accidental, no room to move, but the rules do say any touch of the hand and a goal cannot be given. Was it a "clear and obvious error", of course not. Another team another day, it gets given all day long. Not a "conspiracy", just one of those things. Without VAR, I think the ref gives it all day long.

No clear evidence it was arm and not chest for me. Very harsh to be overturned.

Fellow next to me said VAR people apologised to Everton last week for wrongly refusing a penalty in the 2nd half against Forest. I missed the apology but if so it is more evidence that there is bias against unfashionable clubs, and now today we have a second goal ruled out after 4 or 5 minutes debate.
