Sean is clearly not the savor that so many of you are dreaming of.
We got away with it today, holding on just as we did against Leeds.
Sean never plays our best team, Sean never knows when to make a change.
If by god, jesus and allah all combined we stay up this season, it won't have anything to do with Sean
Some real weirdos on here. The improvement is massive. The fight in the team and the chances created. Chalk and cheese mate.

We have a lot to learn from Cricket & Rugby in this element of the game.

Completely agree.

Even if they get a decision seen as wrong by most, if we can hear their reasonining or the discussions, it puts accountability on the table and at least some sort of thought process behind the decision.

It's not a big ask.
Been saying this for yoinks. Baffling how the FA/FIFA have implemented it so badly when our next two biggest sports have been implenting it so much better for years. It's like being allowed to copy someone's work in an exam, but saying no ta and then failing!

On a separate note, how was our defending 2nd half? From reports/stats looks liek we we seriously on the back foot. Were we barely holding on, on repelling their attacks with "relative" ease?

The defensive effort second half was as good as we've seen in quite a while.
Keane and Tarkowski were excellent in the middle with Coleman and Godfrey defending the flanks.
The midfield also played their part in keeping Brentford at bay, as Pickford probably only made two genuine saves in that second half.
Brentford gave them a serious examination and they passed it with flying colours - might have been a different story against a more potent opposition but, overall, the defensive performance was exactly what was required... and should give them an increased level of self-confidence.

Kept Toney quiet as well.

A very good team are Brentford, organiased, know their roles, play for each other.

Huge result.
