Bit early for tea isn't it T? (no pun intendedlol)
I've started cooking my winter menu. Did braised steak last week and yesterday cooked one of my chilli's. I'll have it again tomorrow and freeze a portion too. Nothing fancy for tea tonight, maybe some Iceland chicken fillet strips out of the freezer. Don't want to stink the place out as I've got the neighbours around tonight for the first of our film nights. I have a healthy DVD library (around 300 films) so we said we'd do this weekly to see us over the autumn/winter which can be a bit tedious. Problem is picking something they'll both like ais they are chalk and cheese compared to Cal and I who both liked the same things pretty much.
I'm giving them a choice of 4 tonight, all historic ones that I don't think they've seen. Arn Knight Templar, Kingdom of Heaven, Last of the Mohicans and Gangs of New York. Got the beers and popcorn ready
