Welcome back Wayne
Thats what the party you voted for wanted you to believe.
While they filled their pockets.
Who filled their pockets ? Apart from Blair……

I agree with everything you say except this part, this policy alone was unfunded and could have cost the country billions, supporting some of the rich and their big houses. It’s right to scrap it, instead the focus needs to be on what comes after the next six months - I hope it’s a scheme which is targeted on those most at need and not including the highest rate tax payers.
HS2 cut to a third although costs have gone up how much? You missed out- the spiralling mortgage costs, the contraction in the economy, the 12 years of low growth, the pensions funds becoming insolvent and facing margin calls all at the same time as spiralling inflation costs.
We had Covid tbf…and support to businesses and individuals….

I agree. When they stitched up Boris for their own personal ambitions I gave up with my own MP and vowed never to vote again for him. Boris always supported his ministers, very few changes were made during his tenure, good team management. Unfortunately Sunak, Javid etc saw an opportunity to try for the big job, and basically screwed up the country in doing so ending up with the lightweight known as Truss.
I will shed no tears if they all get turfed out, I’ve said so many times, we need a completely new set of politicians….
And at the end of 13 years of Labour we had a note “there’s no money left”…….
Here we go it's the Anti Brexiteers to blame, kin hell give it up, you won.

Anti-Brexiteers have possibly destroyed the Tory Party
A hostile cabal within have wreaked grievous damage on the Party, potentially causing it to split or disintegratewww.telegraph.co.uk
That was a tongue in cheek joke mate.
With this lot, the economy is wrecked. We have high inflation and contractions. I never thought that was even possible.
It isn't failure, somewhere along the way there'd have been a success. The odds say it is impossible to get every call wrong consecutively. The evidence is all there, its been a pish take from minute one, and every time the public accepted yet another shatshow they the tories were emboldened to take the pish again that little bit more. Whats happened is ground zero has been found, bedrock, the lowest point, sadly we have been sabotaged by our shepherds and now the wolves are circling to pick off whats left.I don't even think I can go into Brexit.
It's a spectacular litany of failure.
The economy is not wrecked. We had problems with the £ and Gilt %. They will resolve themselves. The U.K. economy is fine and growing. The only thing that will slow it down is union strikes and the BBC and co trying to run us down. The government is screwed, Truss made a mess of the mini budget, but where were the permanent secretaries within our rolls royce civil service who advise them. A lot has gone wrong but it can all be fixed…..
