Everton Football Club have today released a statement announcing that majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri has increased his shareholding in the Club to 77.2%.
This increase is consistent with the announcement of September 2018, when Mr Moshiri increased his shareholding from 49.9% to 68.6% and confirmed that he expected that to increase to 77.2% by no later than July 2019. The further increase has now been achieved with the purchase of an additional stake of just over 8.6% from the Grantchester family.
