Michael Aubrey This lad banged goals in over in Russia, comes the prem, lacks fitness as you would expect. Not given a fair chance to prove himself so loaned out when told he wasn't needed, scores goals, banged in the 23s, scores goals. Never moaned once. Makes 2 substitute appearances and scores 3 goals and Koeman dismissed him from the off. Niasse is proof as to why I have little faith in Koeman going forward because when shit has hit the fan lately, then and only then has he listened to the fans by introducing Niasse and Kenny and Davies for that matter. Schneiderlin and Gueye shouldn't both start at home, negative move from the off. Rooney shouldn't start, simple as that. Only going backwards. Klaasen not cutting it either. Give Niasse a go up top and see how he fairs from the off. A win is a win but so much improvement tactically needs to be made. COYB
Mike Richter Fabulous week for Oumar and Everton Football club. Let's kick on and realise our true potential.
Never mind what the manager did to him last season. Niasse has conducted himself in a dignified manner and is reaping the rewards.
Sy J Scott I would say Barkley could easily walk into this side if he was fit...Rooney can't start next week,Kenny over Martina everyday and Davies is our best midfielder by far...play the kids and Niasse...the new signings certainly haven't strengthend the side this year...
Martin Davies The case against our manager
1. Had 12 months notice that Lukaku was leaving and fails to sign a striker
2. Signed 4 players who play in exactly the same position
3. Continues to play Klassen despite the fact he is useless and has been substituted within 50 mins in every game and replaced by Davies who is so much better
4. Plays Martina ahead of two fabulous 20 year olds despite the obvious evidence that he is useless
5. Told the only striker we have that he would never play for us whilst he was at the club and was forced to put him on the bench today and Niasse came on and won the game for us
6. Doesn't see that Baines hasn't played a forward pass for almost 3 years
Losing confidence in Koeman my the hour
Lee Griggs Treated like shit by most fans, treated like shit by Koeman......How ironic that he scores 2.....A fairy tale could be in the making....Koeman must feel like a proper bell end. He probably wont become a 20 goal a season player, but if he does and he decides he wants to leave for another club.......Then that would be karma to the max.
Rob Davies koemans got to go, except for the goals it was a dismal performance at home to Bournemouth, tactically inept and obviously a terrible man manager and judge of talent. wonder if same thing is going on with Ross?
John Campbell only down side is that he is actually keeping Koeman at Goodison. There is a worrying trend of players not performing and/or wanting to leave, especially since Koeman arrived. I'm starting to believe that his face doesn't just fit the club.
Deano Efc Hagan Boxy. O'Hagan Warren Bibby. Can't believe what a week he has had hope he continues and prove what a mistake koeman did to him last year.
David Jones I'm pleased as punch for him. I was made up when he scored at the cup game and this is just the icing on the cake.
Manny Forkuoh Oumar Niasse, needs to play with Calvert-Lewin upfront in a two. Drop, Rooney, Klaassen & Schneiderlin and when fit, bring back Barkley. As for Koeman, I give him credit for eating humble pie and playing Oumar Niasse. But needs to start playing more positive football from the start, otherwise we may need a new manager. This team is 80% his now. No Excuses, some of the recent signings have been piss poor. Klaassen has been woeful, TBH, did we even need him? Rooney, was only a sentimental signing. There are no sentiments in football. We have spent millions, time for the manager to up his game. EFC for Life 👌🏿👏🏿
James Stansfield Reeks of Martinez stubbornness, beating Sunderland with a different team, then reverting back to the 3 numbers 10s in one team with 2 defensive mids and struggle until he brings on the players who changed the game today. He needs to bite the bullet and admit that he signed too many in one position. Sigurdsson Rooney and Klaassen are not wingers, yet he continually deploys them there. Up the fucking toffees
Brian Bourne Much needed 3 points for blues nice to see a forgotten man savings the day ..only downside being it papers over the cracks as koeman is the wrong side of useless. .
Neil Hillyard Well played Oumar and well done on your dignified manner.Carry on doing what a forward/centre forward should do,score goals.
Geraint Wyn Jones This would be a great still image as the end credits rolled on an 80s-style cop show, starting Niasse as a maverick who bends the rules but gets results...
Lee Saunders So made up for oumar niasse, kept working hard and took your chances when they arrived! Hang your head in shame koeman for not giving this guy a chance!
Abigail De Mouchet Bailey Martinez didn't give him a fair go either he game from Russia over their winter break and with an injury he need time to gain confidence fitness and conditioning. He is banging in the goals now. Its a shame we can add him in to the Europa league squad. How is rooney after the head injury. Looking at it different maybe playing for the the u23 regularly built up his fitness and understanding of the English game ready for a loan. It also i term help the u23s to have some with experience of winning In Russia to help them to win. He was offered loan last season summer but wanted to fight for his place and his has don't that by scoring goals and getting his head down.
Well done so many professional footballers could learn of him how to conduct themselves
On another note we failed in two permanent bid for cost of the summer because he only had eye for althetico
Graeme Guy Think the squad needs time to settle. He was wrong not to give him a fair chance. Having said that he can only decide with what he sees in training. We need to get behind Koeman it's early days and where building a squad. Takes time boys.
Tom E W Mackay Fed up of all these negative twats saying get rid koeman
Didn't realise we was fans used to winning prem every year and cups comps
Some our fans make me laugh same people who slagged niasse off are now sucking him off
Two faced fans we have
Jim Thorn Niasse couldn't have been a bad player as he banged in loads in Russia and RM wasn't a mug when it came to signings. They just needed to get him fit, up to speed with the Prem and have a bit of patience. I'm very impressed with his dignity and how he didn't go running to the press moaning.
Tony Bilsborough We need to get our act together. Lucky to get the 1-0 v Stoke. Lucky to get the 1-1 v Man City if it wasn't for the iffy sending off we would have lost that game.
And how we managed to win that one yesterday god only knows. We are generally playing piss poor
I could see where a goal from us was coming from but thank god we got the Win.
Rooney loves our club he gives 110% every game.
David Ward Omuar Niasse sent to hull & back... he had no locker...
but he never once moaned
He was brought back... when we was short in attack... omuar niasse where glad that your back
Omuar omuar omuar
To the Roberto had a dream???
Stuart McGillivray About time he got a chance i've been saying that from the start of the season the answer was right under our noses n i bet Koeman was happy as it probably saved his job today.
Tommy Tyler Morgan He was given a chance. And he's grabbing it with both hands! Good for him. Play him from the start next game, I'm sure he won't disappoint!!
Christine Gillespie After the way he's been treated by a lot at the club, he's shown such character and earned an awful lot of respect, long may his goals continue. Nice one Oumar.
Andy Brereton Fucking brilliant. You know the best managers are the managers who know when they got it wrong and admit the mistake and learn from it 🙏🏻
