Everton crash out of the EFL Cup in the third round with a 2-0 defeat to Norwich at Goodison Park.

Steven Naismith put the visitors ahead on 41 minutes, before Josh Murphy made it 2-0 on 74′ minutes.

The defeat was Ronald Koeman’s first competitive defeat at Everton manager and was Norwich’s first victory at Goodison Park since 1993
