Roberto Martinez wants his side to overcome the “small margins” which he attributes to causing Everton’s poor run of form and reckons we are “very very close to getting a good scoreline”
Martinez: “We want to be able to perform well and overcome the small margins so that good performances can reflect a good scoreline – and we are very very close to getting a good scoreline.
“In the last nine games domestically we have only lost two. And those two were away at Arsenal and in the very last minute in a very sad manner to the league leaders.
“The margins are very very small. We are not talking about a team that does not perform well or does not have confidence and we feel we are getting very close to achieving momentum in the Premier League. the margins are very small and we need to make sure we affect them.”
