Speaking following Everton’s 2-0 victory over West Brom, Kevin Mirallas has praised Everton fans as the best in the league.
Mirallas: “The most important thing was to win the game. The team played very well.
“After the game against Chelsea it was difficult but the team has been training hard and prepared really well. At West Brom, we scored two goals and kept a clean sheet. It was a great day.”
“They are the best fans in the league,” he said. “When you play at Goodison there is a great atmosphere. When you play away it is amazing. Against West Brom, I couldn’t hear their fans – only ours. It’s great.
“Now we must recover fitness quickly because we have a fantastic game against Wolfsburg. They are a very good team in the German league. Anything can happen in Europe, but at Goodison we’re sure of a win.”
