Chelsea’s John Terry reckons Everton striker Romelu Lukaku will have a point to prove when his side visits Goodison Park on Saturday.
Lukaku, who spent the previous two seasons on loan at West Bromwich Albion and Everton, made a permanent move to Everton this summer having failed to secure first team football at Stamford Bridge and Terry reckons his former team mate will make Chelsea’s challenge all the more difficult.
Terry: “We’ve struggled away to Everton in the last couple of years,”
“With that in mind we know it`s going to be tough. Obviously big Rom [Lukaku] will be up front as well, with a point to prove – him being sold from the club.
“And they [Everton] are going to be up for it; they always believe they can turn us over at home.
“It`s a big test for us, but we go there with a one-game-at-a-time mentality, and try and move on from there.”
