RIP Hope Kenwright

Official Everton Statement: Everton Football Club is sad to confirm the death of Hope Kenwright, the mother of our Chairman, Bill Kenwright.

Mrs Kenwright passed away yesterday at the age of 93 and Chief Executive Robert Elstone said: “Hope was a wonderful lady who was much loved by everyone at Goodison.

“She added a ray of sunshine on each of her frequent visits to the stadium. She adored Everton and the city of Liverpool. She will be sadly missed by her two sons, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and legion of friends.”
