We took Rooney back? Why would you not take an opportunity to take Zlatan. Even to see him for 6 months. Isn't this why we all follow Football, to have the best players at Everton.
Ronaldo is 31, would we refuse him? Age doesn't matter, class is permanent. Its all about getting this wonderful football club back on the map

He's 34.

Swerve!!!

Alright - catch me up....

I saw this post a couple of days back .... didnt even open it as I assumed it was some ephemeral wind up.... but is this like, actually a possibility???

He is obviously old, obviously past his prime - but a 6 month stint would be an incredible marketing campaign if nothing else

He has a great relationship with Ancelotti and is supposedly interested in a return to the prem.

Not sure i believe it but its more of a possibility than anyone would have thought a few weeks ago

He’s never been one for pace, so age is irrelevant as he’s lost nothing
He’s as fit as a butchers dog, the man is super human who could probably play into his 40’s
He’ll be playing with a coach he loves
He would demand wins, it’s his nature he hates losing
It would be a monumental opportunity to cash in on him around the world, him in an Everton kit posted in every shopping centre around the globe

It would sky rocket our position in the footballing world

Eto'o mrk II?

Yeah see your point, just worried he might have a bit too much experience!

Understand the concerns and of course hes gonna be well past his best by now.

But even if we could get him in for just 6 months, alongside Ancelotti coming in it would give the profile of the club a massive lift worldwide.
