Gunna need a reshuffle.

Can't see Martinez not playing Osman sadly.

We want Ross behind the striker but we won't be able to if Osman is on.

Can't believe so many people are leaving Howard out. He's been dodgy lately but doesn't deserve to be dropped just yet.

I can see Southampton pumping a fair few balls into the box to test Joel, early on.

If he can assert himself from the off, he will grow in confidence, he's got quality.

Also, I think Barry had a bit of a quiet game by his standards against Sunderland, so maybe the short break will do him some good.

I can see this game being a tough one, they will press us so much and give us no time which will make it an interesting encounter, think we can win it though.

I'm also genuinely thinking that Jela deserves a chance, Lukaku been poor lately.

Don't agree with that. We haven't been supplying Lukaku with chances, how many times has Jelavic been given the role and squandered chances? Lukaku despite not beeing brilliant, always takes two men out of the game due to his presence. He might not be playing to his most powerful best, he's playing well for the team though and hasn't let not having a goal in four games get to him.

Jelavic offers absolutely zero presence, his best days were when he had Cahill being such a hassle that he wouldn't be choked in a game. Now with how we play, he just isn't suited, he can't do the physical work. Whilst Jelavic always puts the effort in, and we love him for that, he just isn't good enough. Nobody has ever been supported by the fans as much as he has. Think Everybody wanted him to score when he came on against Stoke, but he wasted a chance he had time to go for a cup of tea and decide where to put it.

Definitely. I think it's more 'Which Everton will turn up' as opposed to 'Southampton can beat us'

I take your point on board mate and it's a valid one but Lukaku has been lazy and when Jelavic came on he seemed quite lively? Think Lukaku will start though, he'll start scoring again soon...But I could probably guarantee you that Roberto will want a Striker in Jan
