Player Valuation: £35m
So hypothetically you need to go into next season and any player who has made at least 1 appearance for the Toffees this century can go into your team fully fit. Which team gives you the best chance of winning the league?
For example if you pick Rooney it's Rooney at his ability while playing for us during either stint. Same applies to Gazza and Ginola so would be unlikely you would pick either of those based on them being late 30s when joining.

For me

-------------------------PICKFORD----------------------------

COLEMAN--JAGIELKA--LESCOTT---BAINES

------------------GUEYE-----------BARRY-------------------

ARTETA------------------------------------------PIENAAR

-----------------ROONEY--------LUKAKU-----------------

Pickford
Coleman
Stones
Branthwaite
Baines
Arteta
Gana Gueye
Rooney
Cahill
Richarlison
Lukaku

Stones is a good shout, cahill too. I think Lescotts goals gave him the edge and Jagielka for me was the all round best cb.

Cahill I feel you need to play to suit and that's part of the reason a champions league teams ever came in for him. He was a top player for us though and well worthy of being in the team.

Why just this century?
Best team that I have seen play for Everton
4-2-3-1 (only to fit these players in the side) Based on form when at Everton
1. Neville Southall
2. Gary Stevens
3. Ray Wilson
4. Kevin Ratcliffe
5. Brian Labone
6. Colin Harvey
7. Andre Kanchelskis
8. Alan Ball
9. Bob Latchford
10. Howard Kendall
11. Kevin Sheedy

Lots of brilliant players left out.
This team would win everything.

Barry had 2 decent seasons in 4 years. Year one, 1st half of year 3 and 4.

The dilemma between Kanchelskis and Steven ought to have been a tough one! There are a few others from the 1980s alone (e.g. Peter Reid) which could easily have made this team and it would still be difficult to beat.
