Everton have been in talks with at least two footballers you definitely haven't just heard of, but have been following closely since they were 16 and you aren't making snap decisions because you have nothing else to fill your days with in Summer

No mate, it means there's no final decision yet. The docklands site is clear favourite but until that is agreed other options have to be considered - standard decision making practice.

Going of this I 100% guarantee you if we get a new stadium it will either be on the docks or somewhere else

Let me be clearer then as you seem to be in a demanding mood this afternoon. The docks are our number 1 target and conversations continue with the owners, Peel. If those conversations are concluded then that's where the new stadium is. If not there's the possibility of the Kings Dock site.

There is still the possibility of a redeveloped Goodison, but the dock sites, particularly owned by Peel are the preferred option.

There are models of the proposed stadium sitting in a London Board room, the designs of which are extremely modern and spectacular. If things go to plan we will have the best club ground in the country.

So its the docks, Redevelopment or somewhere else in Liverpool?
