• Football agents and smug football commentators who know nothing about what they are talking about
• People who say they don't have a racist bone in their DNA

It's only because people can't take someone slagging off the club because they feel that Everton are always innocent, no matter what.

Everton aren't the innocent party all the time, so your going to have to deal with it.

Got a bearable one from teletext. Phoned up, gave all the details - took ages. You know, confirming every letter of the passengers and every detail. Card details etc.

They phoned back to confirm the booking. "Sorry, Thomas Cook have just informed us the hotel price has went up £98 per person".... That, after charging me 2% for a visa payment. Now, I can understand the 4% credit card charge but a charge for a debit payment?

I asked if there was any payment type that didnt have a charge, after a few moments of silent she said no. :huh:
