Games like this - where all the opposition has is a pacey counter attacking threat and little else - should be Holgate over Mina. Shame mason is injured. Mina is sound when we're playing a deeper line but he was exposed when isolated on the break and awful for that first goal.

I can’t blame him for sitting a bit on the 1st one. He knew if he committed too hard he is beat. Still has to close the space enough though to lessen the angle. Even a couple of steps forward makes a huge difference there. I think it was a matter of being a bit too cautious.

Not sure what was going on with Yerry Mina and the rest of the defence communication wise during the West Brom game, but Mina didn't exactly cover himself in glory for their goals.

The first goal, you'd expect Michael Keane to let Mina know that he was free to close down Diangana as Keane was covering the space behind him. But instead, both Keane and Mina kept backtracking like neither knew what the other was doing. With the second goal, Mina just seems to cringe as the ball pretty much passed over his head. Quite bizarre defending to be honest.
