Mina and Keane have looked awful and exposed when they have the Snide floating around in front of them....

All our forward players look awful when DCL is prancing around up front... Our midfield/forward players pass sidewards because passing to DCL is as good as giving the ball away.

Sigurdsson looks awful when he has to play the number 10 and number 9 on his own to allow DCL to skip around and do nothing.

Coleman looks awful with Walcott in front of him...

The old saying "you are only as good as your weakest link" is so true for Everton.

Somehow Sidibe looked alright and so did Walcott against West Ham

You mean someone like Zouma ???

I think if were looking to break our transfer record any time soon it should be on a centre back.

Having Mina with a top quality partner will really help us. We could allow players a little further up the pitch in the knowledge the partnership is solid at the back.

Also, no more worrying about daft goals through players switching off.

I think this is especially true in big games, you know the top players will turn up but its the weaker players who can decide a game, reminds me of hibbert and osman in the cup final against chelsea

Sorry, but if we`re going to break our transfer record, it should be on a striker, as the defence can be tightened up, but having a combination of useless duds and a young lad who isn`t up to speed yet is what`s crippling us.

Keane is an average defender really, he’d be adequate back up if we get another one in like Zouma.
Hen was so good at Burnley because he has full backs who didn’t attack. He never got dragged out wide and could focus solely on doing his job in the middle, as well as having wingers who constantly tracked back.

here we are more attacking which exposes him to pace.

Sidebe didn’t look awful on Saturday and Walcott was also in front of him
