Surely the last thing we'd want to do is harm our chances of flogging him off by reminding potential suitors what happens when he attempts an immediately stepover.
I would not be surprised if he moved to China . He still is a high profile name, could earn a lot of money over there for a couple of years and possibly understands that his time in top level football may be over. He did have a massively serious injury.
I would guess that his agent and the agents of the other players we want out are busily negotiating the best severance deals they can get from the club.
I think we will see players leave in the window but it will be more about getting them out than getting transfer fees in.

We're not spending any money in this window because of the deadwood and wages, the worrying thing is we'll still have all these player back in the Summer, and we may not be able to move them on then.

Apparently he is free to play but Marco seen the way he tried to sidestep the front door at Finch Farm and walked right into it and has binned him right off to train with the under 8's
