Going to Leicester on loan? Hmm will they be paying his full wages, therefore allowing us to pay the wages of a loanee? Presumably it will be for the rest of the season. Sounds like we're putting him in the shop window rather than using it to get him fit for us. He's better than the Championship. Maybe the thinking is that he'll bang in goals for fun and that he'll look like he can still do a job for someone in the Prem. Losing Vaughan and the Yak and still having no money to bring another striker in isn't good news though.

Ive been hurt by you in the past home page stories!

Hard to beleive if it happens, especialy on loan, you think we would want as much wonga upfront as we can get.

when he first came to the club i thought he would be a valuable asset but his recent form has been woeful ( his performance against spurs was poor to say the least) dont think he has anything left to offer us and should be loaned out and then sold. thanks for your service yak but think its time to move on son

It might be 'loan with a view to a permanent move'. £5m for Yobo in the summer. Hopefully about the same for the Yak. Atleast we'll have a transfer budget for once come the next window.

Maybe Moysie will bring two strikers in on loan to replace Vaughan and Yakubu?

He is and always has been one of our most compleate players for me mate, ive no doubt he still has the ability to score 20+ a season given a regular start.

Im a massive Moyesy fan, but he would have massively dropped the ball on this one if it comes to pass.

Is that the deal mate for a permenent deal for Yobo this summer?

I get the loan and wages thing, but its robbing peter to pay paul, who are we realisticly going to get on loan who can score 20 goals a season as the Yak has. Getting a poor fee to free up wages for a loan doesnt make sense to me.

dont get me wrong mate i was a big yak fan, being from the north east and had boro fans telling me the sun shines out of his ass, so was quite excited when we bought him, i guess since his injury and subsequent time on the side lines he's lost his form, i'm just not sure he will ever recapture it
