I never said it was Gospel, only what i was told. I also said wait for lcab, THT has already said it's a 'deal' (forgive me for quoting you Trini!)- just the fee is not what has been suggested.

I dunno, i suppose its inevitable that things are going on due to the 'January Sales', It wouldn't suprise me if Yak has gone. By all accounts though, I think he did okay for us.

7.5m though, that's a result ain't it, if ture? especially if we only get 1.5-2m for Peanuts.

We might even bring in a new player!!! If we are operating buy to sell, then this could be good. It's not like we've sold our only striker as no-one was firing at the mo, and based what THT said about the Yak / Moyes rift (which sounds pretty normal in todays football businesses) it may be best if he has gone.

Yak seemed alright to me, he scored some goals when i've been at the game so gotta show him love for some great days out and great weekends after a good result, which is what I love the most bout Everton, when we win, it makes my whole weekend...

I am certainly a Yak fan! Without question. He does more on the pitch than he gets credit for I think, in terms of build up play. The only reason I would take someone's money, is that he just isn't getting a game, and hasn't really scored for a while (has he had the time to score though you could question). He's been my favourite striker since Big Dunc probably, but we just don't have the money to play around with anymore. If we did, it would be a totally different story for me....sadly. I am guessing he could leave for free next summer?

He's hardly played this season and that's on Moyes, not Yak. Is reliable for us when he plays.

I agree, especially suspicious about why he was seemingly dropped after scoring against Stoke...

...HOWEVER, 1 goal in 14 appearances is pretty damn shoddy, now I know our other strikers (apart from Becks) don't even look like scoring, but I think we just need to stop being complacent with our forwards otherwise we'll be in the same situation this time next year, after the Yak scored 7 or 8 times in 40 appearances.

Saha can do one as far as i'm concerned too.
