Robert Jarvis

Player Valuation: £35m
A few rumours knocking around that Redknapp might fancy coming in for Yak. What do you think? Considering how much we paid for him what would be a good price and would we want to take it. Personally I think if an offer came in at 15mill I would have to say grab it and let him go.

If its tottenham interested id let him go, Its tottenham so we could get more than hes worth. Then we could go buy a striker who has a high work rate, im nto sure who exactly that is, as i doubt we would go after players like Bent, Owen etc...Maybe someone like Mario Gomez...

I would sell, if they offered more than £15 million which they should.

i would be very unimpressed if we sold him in january.

no thanks. especially with moyes' cat like reflexes in the transfer window.

He's in a bad spell of form at the moment but when he was scoring a goal a game at the start of the season I doubt this kind of question would be asked. He needs service as he's not the type of player to make goals for himself. Right now our midfield just isn't feeding him. If he was having shots and missing them then fair enough but I don't think he's getting many chances right now.

Feed the Yak and he will score, lazy fool wont run, but if you feed him he does score, i think hes being fed on scraps atm and while i question his workrate i cant question his goalscoring record, as Bruce said i dont recall him missing any chances.

We've got the best striker outside the top four and people want to sell him. How are we ever going to progress? Especially for 15 million which wouldn't get much at all.

As Batman said he is getting fed, feed the yak and he will score. He's the closest thing we have to world class, it would be a terrible terrible idea.

Good point. Get rid and we're [Poor language removed].

Ridiculous rumour. I guess silly season is starting already.

They may come knocking but I really doubt Moyes would even consider it.

Also. Dan Levy has stated that Redknapp will have no money in Jan unless he sells to raise the funds.

It was only to see what the feeling was about Yak. Seems on balance most would like to keep him. The question remains though if we could make a preet good profit on the deal!

Welton it helps to keep the forum alive and kicking.
