If we sell Yakubu, Ill shove my season ticket up Moyes arse

A different question is thoughh
Would Yakubu leave us for Tottenham, given the chance?

Who knows? No doubt people will unfairly call him a mercenery without looking at the bigger picture.

If they offer alot more money there is a chance, the same could be said of the likes of Arteta, Lescott, Cahill, Yobo, Pienaar etc though.

yakubu hasnt been crap this season, he's just been getting no support. The market is very inflated atm so 15mil for yakubu is not a good deal for us. personally i wouldnt sell him for under 22mil which i doubt any club will offer

Would not sell the Yak but he needs a boot up the backside. He will always score goals. Each and every striker goes through baron spells but he will almost hit a purple patch soon. Still confident the lad will reach the 20+ goal tally for the season. What needs to be looked at however is the lack of quality service provided to him at present. Feed the Yak and he will nine times out of ten score.

When the midfield start feeding him like they did last year, the goals will come.

So many threads have pointed out the lack of form in midfield.

If they don't give him the ball, then he can't score.

Anyway. I still think even contemplating getting rid is plain soft.

For all AJs hard work and constant running, how many goals did he score for us?how many points did he win with his goals?
form is temporary, class is permanent.
Yak is class

I told you all he was [Poor language removed]. This is my time, I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG. Now you see.

Apart from the fact he scores loads. The lazy melt can frustrate sometimes but he nets and thats what counts.

He's the polar opposite of Andy Johnson, we're lucky to have him.

See! See! I told you all. And there it is in writing.

i would be very unimpressed if we sold him in january.

no thanks. especially with moyes' cat like reflexes in the transfer window.
To me Yak is an anelka sort of player, stays at a club for a couple of years then moves on..if he doesnt go in january i bet he's not with us next season.

But only sell him for top cash though if it does come to it.
