Money has always been the underlying issue throughout BK reign as chairman theres no doubt in my mind that BK should look long and hard at himself now and ask can he do anymore for us?The question that no one wants to address - least of all BK it seems - do we have a pot to p*ss in? Have we, once again, overstretched ourselves? Is this the underlying reason why KW has flucked off to Spain (i.e. his mate is the pretext but, out of the way, he's avoiding the problem/blame)
example - KW was ordered to increase bid for Moutinho, refused (i.e. not enough money available), resigned.

while I fully agree with what you say, I can begin to see some postives. I think that given that we are likely to lose Kirkby, and that from other reports, the relationship between the Liverpool Supporting Local Council (LCC) and Everton has broken down, in part due to Kieth's approach, it gives us an opportunity to rebuild relationships.O.K then, lets get this right.....
We have the smallest squad in britian (by a long way)
We have not signed a fukkin bean an theirs 2 1/2 weeks till the big kick off.
We don't seem to have a pot to piss in.
The CEO has just resigned, For what?
The grounds an utter [Poor language removed]-hole, an have seen better in 3rd word countries.
An any chance of a new stadium, seems to be slipping away!!
And you are all happy about this!!
WHY?
Couldn't this have happend 6 weeks ago. Give us time to replace an get the new guy settled in. We need at least 6 new players.
Do you think this will happen now?
Looks like a great season last year, has gone right down the fukkin pan!!
If this means the downfall of kirkby then i hope you have enjoyed our euro adventures as you wont see them often after that. Without the extra finance from the new stadium, we will have to stay at GP. There will be no redevelopment as in case its escaped your notice, were skint!.
i just got back from work to see that our [Poor language removed] CEO has resigned at the most crucial time in our transfer season.
just to clarify, exactly what is a CEO's role at the club, i know he was pushing kirkby but what other responsibilities was he charged with? how does his power differ from Kenwright's, and exactly what does his resignation change?
what extra finance? wyness estimated additional revenue, not profit, from the new stadium at approx. £10 million, so after deducting additional costs there wouldn't be much by way of additional profit to support moyes in the transfer market. kirkby's just a very expensive gamble in the hope of a rather modest return.
