A CEO is effectively the guy who runs the day to day operation, he is in charge of everything incl transfers, contracts.
In other words were screwed

What transfers?

He wont be missed in the long run. 400k a year and he was doing a [Poor language removed] job.

The same fella who apparently was in germany sorting the topal transfer!

Would you say no to 400k a yr? What the [Poor language removed] has that got to do with anything

We know nothing, don't jump to conclusions without knowing the facts.

He will probably have someone to replace him, his deputy [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Robert Elson will probably step up and do the job. Our transfers wouldn't go any quicker with or without Keith Wyness.

All is not doom and gloom, Moyes is close to signing a new contract and I'm quite positive a few players are coming in. It's not the best situation but things will get moving.

Personally I am glad to see the back of him.

It's ok, Sharpy likes to feed if doom and gloom. He's a proper Evertonian, not like these optimistic souls like myself. Or maybe he's just a glass is half empty kind of a guy. Cheer up mate, it'll be ok.

Don't worry.

10k extra fans for a start, it isnt that hard to understand dennis

by his own admission the club would lose upto 15k due to the move so that would leave the stadium less than full hitting the additional revenue streams wyness spoke of on top of higher borrowing costs meaning higher repayments isn't that hard to understand kirkby would strangle the club for an extra £500k at the most additional transfer funds equivalent to baines' right foot

what do you mean what has that got to do with anything? the fat lump was drawing a massive salary from the club. he's left the club 2 weeks before the start of the season with possibly the smallest squad in europe let alone england. 0 players have arrived through his time here during the summer. you've just quoted his job as being in charge of transfers. i'll repeat myself.

WHAT BLOODY TRANSFERS?

oh yeah sorry. he may have been sorting some average turkish player in a german beer tent. who knows, he might even feel guilty and finish the deal to justify his massive wage. no doubt he'll leave with a nice wedge in his back pocket aswell.

good riddance to a useless fat chump.

I'm guessing I'm eating those feet then.

Size 9's willl do. Got a small stomach ya see.

[Poor language removed] creak is all I can say.

I also find it funny people are made up to see him go at this point in pre-season like it wont affect how the club does business. Its the worst possible timing.

Best news so far this summer and will take something to beat this (Kirkby falling on it's arse would be better).
