Yeah, but in order to return fire, you'd have to have been fired upon, which would presume that the 'stealthiness' had been negated. Also, technically if a companion fired, they wouldn't be returning fire.

It is true. I can prove it in tests.

I'm pretty sure if you threw a large mammal out of a plane you would be arrested for breaking the law, not sure which law but it would certainly get you in trouble. A bit like throwing lumps of concrete from motorway bridges.
