No sorry, I don't mean it like that, nevermind.

You've destroyed me there Tets, haha

Totally know what Cena's saying though.

If you're going to criticize or be negative about a player at least back it up with something other than "he's ****e", or "lazy [Poor language removed]" etc, name calling of ex Evertonians is what gets on my nerves.

'Kinell. Saying a footballer is poor doesn't mean you wish a painful death on his kids.

Plus, they're never gonna read it.

I'm on the Davek side of the force on this one, I'm afraid Longy.

If someone like van der meyde comes into the club, accepts millions of pounds of supporter's money and then doesn't perform or even get himself fit to perform, I ain't got much time for them. People like Mike Walker and Brett Angell stole a living off this club, people like Barmby and Radzinski disrespected this club and people like shandy andy and Drenthe should have been sued for breach of contract. I've got no problem saying any of that.

The fact is that kind of nostalgia of "remember tiler and grant?, god those were dire days. Glad we don't have to put up with that any more," kind of thing, to me is pretty harmless. It's part of the sharing of memories and anecdotes that fan forums are all about.

No you're dead right, I'll never rate Anichebe as long as I live. I just like seeing people have some reasoning behind it mate. If it's constructed criticism, it's a better thread and debate. You've backed ypur opinions on the people above for example. DEBATE BETTER PEOPLE FFS.

LOL, unreal list that - many of them were Smith's buys anyway.

I'll go for Dickie Wright, Moyeseys first buy. Clanger in his first game against Spurs which turned out to be the first of many. He never really was all that was he ? Accident prone as well - falling out of his loft and then colliding with a cone IIRC during a pre-match warm up ffs.

I went for the only player on that list I don't remember...

Kevin McLeod

...seriously...who the frak was Kevin McLeod? I even remember the likes of Li Wei Fang, Idan Tal & Juliano Rodrigo, who must have played about 12 first-team minutes between them...but Kevin McLeod? Never even heard of him.

EDIT: I just googled him, and it seems he played 5 games for us during the latter-part of the Walter Smith era. I have to admit, in 24 years of bluedom, the only period I wained (as in not actively following every game) was during the last couple of Walter Smith years. Combination of utter boredom at our football and utter exciting life as I discovered pilled-up raving was the reason for that.

So yeah...that's my defence why I've never heard of Kevin McLeod.

Kroldrup all day long for me. Only appearance in a 4-0 defeat and looked like he couldn't head the ball. Truely shocking. Falls squarely on Moyes that one unlike Nyarko.
