Worst Everton player in Moyes' Era

It'd have to be Shandy.

Kroldrup was outed quick and the likes of Bilyaletdinov (who shouldn't belong on lists like these) provided us with 4 or 5 proper brilliant moments.

Shandy drained this club for the best part of 3-4 years and I find it baffling that a stickler like Moyes kept him on our books for so long, very out of character for him.

Most of the players on that list did a decent job for us, bit of a strange one having that many on there. Yakubu, Bent, McBride, hell even Radzinski before he became a snide all were good for us.
Take it Rads is on the list for telling Rooney the truth.

The Neville haters on this board really frustrate me. Phil Neville has helped Moyes change the whole mindset of our club. Ten years ago half the names on that list were able to make a living at our club not giving 100% and we were drifting along mid to lower premier league at best. He showed the players that nothing less than 100% commitment in training and extra practice over and above set training sessions was the only was to improve the club.

I admit that he shouldn't be near the centre mid position at the minute as he slows everything down but Moyes accomodates him due to his leadership skills on the pitch. Until Jags steps up and becomes a leader Moyes will continue to pick him. To have him on this list is a joke.

As for Naismith, I'd rather have him in my team giving his all than some of the wasters on that list. He may not be the most talented player we have ever had but he has a real eye for goal and gets into some great positions to shoot. He has already scored some real important goals for us when our bigger names have been misfiring.

Davies, Radzinski, Anichebe, Li Tie, Yobo, Pistone, Valente, Castillo, Billy & the Yak shouldn't be on the list imho.

Li Wei Fang got my vote - he made such an impact on me that I'd forgotten all about him.

Depends how you rate worst doesn't it? VDM was obviously a huge waste of money, but he was a fine player when his head wasn't in a mess. Kroldrup and Bily were both big money signings that didn't deliver on their promise, but neither are bad players.

If we're looking therefore at just talent it has to be McCleod doesn't it? He doesn't play for anyone these days, so therefore must be pretty poor. You can't put internationals like Naismith in a worse position than him.

couldn't have put it better myself lad

Sanderos was bloody woeful and didn't get a game really, moved on to Fulham and is even worse there. Him for me.

We didnt lose a game with him in the side did we? Weird one that as yeah he didnt set the world alight for us.

Time has been harsh on Joe Max Moore. He scored in something like 7 games on the run. Didnt play much after that but I always thought he was a decent player.

you've put simon davies twice. there are a lot of good players who did well for us there so i'm not gunna bother reading through every one. The thread also says worst player, not signing for those who haven't noticed

this has got to be the biggest pile of sh1te thread on the forum, ever. Some absolute blerts on here lately. Call yourself Evertonians? Hang your heads ye tits.

This.

They all wore the Royal Blue, for that alone they have my love and respect.

For storming off the pitch (at Highbury) and then walking out on the club - Alex Nyarko. A player amongst others that didnt give two fuxx for the Royal Blue or the love and respect that the supporters provided for that privilege. Went on to become a minister somewhere or other. Heaven help heaven!
