Worried about Moyes

Silly assumption. Fact is, Moyes has worked miracles here. He's a top manager. Many people are aware of this. He could take a break for 6 months or a year and he'll eventually be offered a position at a club like Tottenham. He'd take a job somewhere where can build for the long-term in the same way he's done with us, except with some money.

Hes better than Tottenham mate.

Personally, right, but my mates sons next door neightbours step daughters Uncle, he plays for Barca, right, well 1 of the coaches told him that when Jose leaves, Moyes is next in line.

The things he has done taking Everton from a bottom of the half side to being a consistent top 8 side do not require the same skill set that managing a top 4 team who want to win trophies does.

Spurs are pretty much the ONLY team i could see taking Moyes were it not to work out for Villas Boas, but as i've said before, Spurs is barely a step up from Everton with the team he has at the moment.

Yeah I agree, cos at Everton, his skill set requires he wins games, but at a Club like United, he would need to win games, I can see why they would require a different skill set, cos at 1 Club, he would be expected to win games and the other, he would be, erm, expected to win games.

TOTALLY DIFFERENT SKILLSET

FOOTBALLING EXPERT HERE LADS.

I'm surprised he was interested in the Spurs job to be honest, I thought he'd be a bit more attached to Everton after 10 years.

At United he'd need to not s**t it at the first sign of a difficult European opponent, and he'd need to be able to win trophies when given the chance. I imagine beating the local rivals in derby matches would be quite important too.

0/3 then.

You have a bad case of "not knowing what one has till it's gone." You criminally underrate Moyes. When he's gone from us, barring a drastic change in ownership, we're back to perennial relegation battles.

You know what, you're right. A man whose previous managerial experience was not getting Preston promoted is the only man who could stop our club being involved in relegation scraps year on year. My bad.

Is Coyle interested in the job?
