I think citizens of Nordic countries are encouraged to have sufficient supplies for a month anyways, even Jocks were issued some sort of warning to have a 'bug-out-bag' ready by their government a couple of years ago. US also has some sort of mandate, but I don't think many abide. A torch and a radio is pretty insufficient for the likes of the UK and USA where the vast majority have been industrially removed from the natural rhythms of their environment. Preserving and keeping food to off-set seasonal variance is part of being human. Or at least 99.9999pc of our history, and still pretty much universal beyond these shores.

India and Pakistan are pretty level headed so I can’t see them kicking off armageddon unless it’s limited to warfare between both nations.

US can wipe out most countries using conventional weaponry so nah

China would only use them as a last resort so nah.

Russia would use them so can add them to the Armageddo club as vice chairman

U.K. - nah we’re pretty chilled

France - Anything’s possible with the cheese munchers so they’re in the club.
