I am not advocating getting rid of RonKo but why not break the mould when the time comes,he is serving somewhat of an apprenticeship at the moment, he knows the club inside out, he is a relatively young coach who has actually won a trophy with us, he is worth a punt IMO.

If he was doing this for chelsea, city, utd or liverpools youth teams he would be getting job offers left right and centre right now (Ahem Brendan Rodgers)

Got Rhinos in the local zoo, feel bad for them when I see them. Must have about 70ftx70ft, max 100ftx100ft. Don't like large animals having such small pens.

I think he'll eventually be tempted in Championship management, just needs to make sure it's with a decent club with some resources behind them , otherwise he'll end up like the Ex ManUts u21 manager who won the league , went to Wigan and was later sacked. My worry would then be if in the next transfer window he nabbed a few of our U23s who can't break into our 1st team yet on permanent deals .
