Maybe he was thinking Coleman and Patterson are are injured and we don’t have a 3rd right back.

Maybe he didn’t want to put another midfielder there because we already have McNeil at left back

Maybe He didn’t want to play Holgate there because he was useless last week.

Maybe he didn’t want to put Gray on and move someone else back because he knew DCL could go at any time (which he has done).

Maybe he thought Keane would offer strength in the air both defensively and offensively.

I get you’re not Dyche‘s biggest fan. Neither am I.

But what would you have done that would’ve been infinitely better?

What is going on with our injuries? This has been going on for years. Our players never seem to keep fit.

On the flip side of that its the same players though. Patterson and DCL are both injury prone, especially the latter.

Tarkowsski, Keane, Mcneill, gana, garner (one back injury rather than many injuries), iwobi, gray all majority players without any lengthy injuries, Onana too.

Objectively speaking theres plenty of time left.

Subjectively speaking, I can't see us getting anything. Bunch of players who crumble under no pressure let alone when pressure is applied. Going to take one almighty team talk.

I think Mcneil would make a great wing back but he hasn’t played there and it shows he doesn’t know his assignment. I agree that Iwobi should be the one behind him on the left

And McNeil is currently our best chance of scoring goals so he really should be forward in our setup. Makes no sense to put your best goalscorer in defence.

As much as Pickford has been a saviour for us I felt it was a comfy save that could have easily been pushed away to the corner flag.
We shouldn't be playing 50-50 balls on the edge of the wolves box with almost everyone in the box and no defenders available for a pass back....suicide that has been done many a time this season. Disappointed is an understatement.

We need the team that played Brighton....a team willing to support each other and break in numbers

Make fun of Mina's "fitness" all you want but DCL is right there with him.

Probably our best two players, probably the strongest winning personalities in the team but just don’t seem to be able to keep fit enough for the highest level

The only thing this clown can try and do is change the shape and get us (and particularly McNeil) up the pitch. Get Simms on when possible.
