Feels a 1-1.

They really haven't conceded many at all at home in 2023. Leeds game was a bad day but aside from that it's been clean sheets and the odd goal conceded to Man. United and Bournemouth.

Key is to start with great intensity in first 20 minutes just like at Leicester and spectacularly at Brighton and see what Wolves do as they surely won't be scrambling around winning endless 50/50s given they're safe now.

Aside from Dawson they don't have that many tall players either so got to be looking at winning plenty of set pieces. Mina starting this is certainly good news, he scored in the Goodison game.

They've won their last 4 at home and this will be very tough.

It'll be an open game I think.

If we get the opener I fancy us.

I don't think it's an exaggeration to describe this match as one of the biggest for the club - we've had a few of them since last season - sadly, for all the wrong reasons thanks to the clowns who are the current custodians of our club.

It might look a kinder fixture compared to our relegation rivals in that Wolves are 13th with sod all to play for, but they're very good at home - particularly since the new year. This is their home record in 2023;

Wolves 1-0 Aston Villa
Wolves 2-0 Crystal Palace
Wolves 2-0 Brentford
Wolves 1-0 Chelsea

Wolves 2-4 Leeds
Wolves 1-0 Tottenham
Wolves 0-1 Bournemouth
Wolves 3-0 Liverpool
Wolves 1-0 West Ham
Looks about time for another loss for them then...

Need to play exactly like we did against Brighton.

The problem is wolves don’t play their game how we’d want it to play out. They play tight, breakaways, happy to not have possession and wait for their chances.

That’s what concerns me. Need a minimum of a draw and I’m saying a truly horrible to watch, nerve wrenching 0-0.
Yeah spot on there, we're almost expected to the the game to them, which won't help our game unless we can get an early goal.
If we can just come straight out the blocks for the first 10 then an early goal could change there game-plan to suit our style.

I was encouraged by the first half an hour of our performance against the champions and I was equally encouraged by how we fans applauded our players off the pitch.

We as fans have realised that to boo or to abuse our own players is to do our rivals' job for them and is simply counterproductive. And it was a recognition of the effort that each and every one of the players had put in against the best team on the planet.

I will be at Molyneux cheering on the Blues with thousands of other Evertonians. Things look pretty precarious right now and the fate of our club hangs in the balance, but we as fans have a massive part to play.

They played us off the park when they beat us at Goodison earlier this season.

This will be a very tough fixture, indeed.

Our players will give it their all as they invariably do, but will it be enough to get anything out of the game?

We were the better team for long periods. The reason we didn't win was terrible finishing and then leaving ourselves open for a counter last kick

I will be at Molineux on Saturday urging on the boys in blue.

It's just dawned on me that it could be the last ever top-flight away match in our club's illustrious history. If we lose against Wolves as we did at home earlier this season it almost certainly will be our last ever one.

We are in a truly perilous situation. The frightening thing is is that the players have, by and large, given their all for the fans. They have been terribly managed by Frank, a lovely chap but not someone who's cut out for a job like this one. Then there was the Doucoure suspension - that really killed our momentum.

We are where we are and we must avoid defeat.

Seeing loads who think we'll beat Wolves. This is the same Wolves who have won 7 of their last 9 home games and haven't conceded a goal at the Molineux for two months.

Logically we wont get a result here. Praying for another shock like Brighton though.
Brentford were unbeaten in 12 before we beat them. Form is there to be broken.
