Yesterday's game against Wolves was great till the second half we were fantastic in the first half and dominated Wolves a couple of bad decisions made by the officials. The first was the penalty appeal when Osman got fouled inside the box it was clearly a penalty and the ref was positioned perfectly, the second was the goal Jelavic scored and the linesman ruled it offside that was shocking he was clearly onside. However we struggled to score throughout the game I felt we tried walking the ball into the goal which clearly wasn't working, we should have tested the keeper more often as we did dominate the whole game but Wolves were better in the second half than they were in the first half however they weren't much better.
Jelavic had an okay game but like the Stoke game he was feeding of scraps and the one great chance we thought he would score he missed. Defense was solid and Distin and Hibbert were terrific both got forward very well. I thought Hibbert was going to score he had two shots which both got blocked out for a corner that would be a riot and a half if he did score a winning goal and his first. Disappointed with the draw as it was game we should be winning and deserved all three points.
Am I right if Liverpool lose on Tuesday they can't over take us if we loss to Newcastle and they beat Swansea? Fulham are on our heels now so that's two teams we are looking out for. I'm confident we can get something out of the Newcastle game but it will be very tough.
