Realistically, if this defense doesn't get any better, we will get destroyed by any top team, but at least there's enough attacking quality to comfortably beat all the bottom 10 already.

If we sort the defense out, we can finish in the Europa/Conference slots

Branthwaite coming back will be huge and a quality right back in could take us up a level

Great result, nervy last 25 minutes though. Couple of points,

Grealish was brilliant again, but had KDH for motm, just thought he did everything in central midfield, got the 3rd goal as well.
Think wolves will fee aggrieved for the penalty decision, when Ndiaye brought him down, I held my breath, but we are due some good fortune when it comes to penalties!

You know what, that's a significant win today.
On the face of it we ONLY won away at Wolves who aren't much, but, we stood firm late on, held our nerve and won away from home and have good points on the board early.
The confidence from having 6 points from 3 games breeds further confidence.
Grealish 2 assists and well and truly in the game.

Great win away and we played some great one touch stuff.
Grealish is absolutely fantastic. Fantastic. KDH and Ndaiye really complement his technical ability.
Tarky too slow for their first and Myko to blame for their second.
Nice to see us play so well at times though. Just need a couple of full backs.

Rodrigo Gomes cost Wolves just under £13m. Decent little winger there.

Anyway, a few of todays observations. We got very nervy and sat a bit deep when Gana went off. That's a concern. Maybe it's a slower summer or not fully recovered from last season due to the smaller summer break, and the fitness issue that can project, but why are our players absolutely knackered and running at deaths door at about 75 minutes? Are they putting that much in first half that they're dying on their feet? If the players need rotating, then they'll need it sooner than later.
